But if you’ve ever tried your hand at designing your own brand, you know that it’s much more difficult than meets the eye. The entire process (or lack thereof) can leave you second guessing every decision and feeling like a novice.
And that’s where brand development comes in.
Based on your personal need and business hangups, we’ll meet you where you are and craft a marketing strategy and visual identity to help you reach your business goals.
Here's what the process looks like
We’ll start with an initial inquiry call. We’ll explain the ins and outs of our design process, review all the items you’ll receive once the project is complete, and answer any questions you have.
Once you book your spot, we’ll do a little prep work. After you reserve a spot in our design calendar through a signed contract and deposit, we’ll send over a questionnaire to help us understand the mission and goals of your business. We’ll discuss your answers together and create a marketing script to use in all manner of marketing efforts from here on out.
Then, we’ll dive into the design for 4 weeks. Now the fun part begins as you watch your brand come to life! We only work with one client at a time, so your project will have our full attention. Over the course of one month we’ll design your logo, business card, social media profile images, and brand style guide.
And last but not least, we’ll have a final video call to show you around your new brand. After you’ve approved the final designs, we’ll explain the facets of your new brand and hand off the final design files, along with helpful printing tips and vendor recommendations. Don’t worry about writing everything down - we’ll create a custom brand guide ahead of time and share it with you so you can follow along as we go. Our call will also be recorded so you can refer back to it later.

Once you've booked a spot in our calendar, we'll assign you a start date from which your project will be wrapped 4 weeks later.
Yes! We invoice you for a 50% deposit up-front and 50% upon project completion — so the $2,500 total is broken into two payments of $1,250.
We accept online payment via ACH bank transfer or credit card. All credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 2.4%. Payment by check is also accepted - your project will not be scheduled until the check is received.
As soon as you let us know you're ready to book, we'll send you a contract and an invoice. Once we receive your signed contract and 50% deposit, we'll send you your questionnaire and schedule your start date. We do our best to schedule start dates within one month (which leaves you a couple of weeks to work on your questionnaire).
